2009 season
The 2009 gardening season got underway with a successful organic gardening class taught by Garden Master Suzanne Drinkard. During March 2009, 15 eager gardeners learned how to grow things using chemical-free methods.
Gardeners came together in May to tidy up the garden for the coming season. The water was turned on, and bins were created for the compost pile.
The gardens were looking great in mid-June.
